 Chris Broomell just received the Student
Employee of the Year award. Chris is the OIT
Help Desk Student Lead who has been working
under the supervision of several key OIT
staff members that brought you the high
quality service of Help Desk. One of his
bosses called him "the ideal student
employee who learns from his coursework and at the same time directly transfers his knowledge back to his fellow students to better their experience."

 Angelena Secor, a
WMU MBA student with a concentration in CIS,
received the WMU Graduate Student Travel
grant to present a research paper at the
annual Decision Sciences Institute
conference in Phoenix, Arizona. Her other research paper
(co-authored with Dr. J. Michael Tarn)
"A Taxonomic View of Consumer Online Privacy Legal Issues, Legislation and Litigation"
has been accepted for publication in Dr.
Kuanchin Chen's scholarly book,
Online Consumer Protection: Theories of
Human Relativism. (Fall 2007) |
