We no longer accept individual requests to create MSDNAA download accounts. All such requests should go through the CIS instructor of the class you are currently taking. Your CIS instructor will send us a copy of the class roster so that we can create accounts for the whole class.

Generally, an automatic email will be sent to your WMU email account when your MSDNAA account is created. If you don't see such an email, please talk to your CIS instructor to be sure that a class roster has been sent to us. All MSDNAA accounts expire at the end of the semester in which they were created. If you are not taking any CIS class, Microsoft does not allow us to create an account for you. Questions should be directed to our graduate assistant in room 3330.
