The Fifth Annual WMU-IT Forum 2006                    

 

 

 

You are cordially invited to participate in The Fifth Annual WMU-IT Forum to be held in Kalamazoo, Michigan, at the Fetzer Center, on April 10, 2006. (http://cis.hcob.wmich.edu/itforum)

 

In keeping with the vision and legacy of the Forum, the 2006 WMU-IT Forum on IT Transforming Health Care  aims at bringing together business representatives, federal, state and local governmental agencies, vendors, recruiting agencies, students and faculty in order to provide a venue: a) to discuss the critical business and organizational issues in the health care arena, and b) to exchange and disseminate information regarding ways of addressing them by deploying emerging information technologies.

 

The forum is blessed with featured keynote speeches, panel sessions, poster sessions, demonstrations, and exhibitions, which cover the breadth, depth and height of our social fabrics of our health care arena and its information technology. The Forum will bring about a compelling atmosphere for you to consider re-revisiting your organizational focus, re-examining the vision, mission, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures and introducing critical changes to make your organization operate under well informed decisions. 

        The Forum provides also an excellent opportunity for students to learn about internship and job opportunities in varied sectors of Health care system.
